ComicallyNormal XR

Digital Touch. Delivered

The Mission

At ComicallyNormal XR we believe that the hardware for interacting with next generation wearable computers is sorely lacking. That is why we are building an Augmented Reality first solution, a glove that will let you grab, not just see, the greatest transformation of your lifetime.

Cassandra MK I (Concept)

Put on this glove and see yourself touch the digital world. With a wireless design, all day battery life, and unreal accuracy, you can be sure that whether you are interfacing with virtual reality, augmented reality, or even legacy flatscreens, you will do it naturally. With highly accurate and responsive hand tracking enabled due to a variety of on device sensors, this glove will let you interact with next generation augmented and virtual reality devices with no controller, keyboard, or mouse needed.

Features

Bluetooth 5.0

Modern bluetooth capabilities allow for advanced pairing and high bandwidth.

Industry leading latency

A superior approach to optical position tracking, we offer realtime, high frequency updates, always.

Centimeter accuracy

Using internal fusion algorithms, we can tell where your hands are spatially, wherever you are.

8 hours of battery life

Designed for long periods of work or play, there will be no distracting interruptions due to power.

Cross Platform, Standalone support

Whatever computer or headset you use, you can use our gloves with it.

SteamVR support

Thousands of virtual reality games, literally at your fingertips.

Our Team

Our core team consists of two software engineers and one electrical engineer. With an astoundingly synergistic skillset, our product velocity is outcompeting companies with far more resources and years of time to prepare for the virtual and augmented reality wave.

Alex Diviney

Co-Founder and CEO, Alex specializes in visualization software and native interactions. He comes with a broad background in software engineering, statistical modeling, and data visualization. With experience in the insurance industry and academic research, he is well positioned to break complex human computer interaction phenomena into tractable problems.

Baylor McElroy

Baylor is a Co-Founder and an electrical engineer. His hardware and electronics expertise allow for cost effecient, industry grade physical hardware designs. He facilitates the company's ability to maintain a tight feedback loop and ensure timely, efficient delivery.

Baiden McElroy

Baiden is a Co-Founder and an embedded systems engineer. He designs and builds sensor fusion algorithms and low latency hardware drivers. Bringing experience with multi-target tracking for military applications, he is building out the high performance and resilient tracking algorithms that enable our product.
